Furthermore, I can usually find what I am looking for here. Value for money; Due to the size and the buying power of Dan Murph's, they have an excellent product range of top shelf and also fine wines and beers compared to other similar stores. Sharing an experience that my mother, aunt and aunt’s husband faced today at this store. They went in to purchase some cognacs as gifts and were choosing between two types that were locked in the glass display cabinet- one a bit more expensive than the other. They initially decided on the lower priced one which the customer assistant took out for them. At this point, my mother and aunt weren’t still 100% sure on their choice so when they reached the counter, they decided to choose the higher priced one instead and asked the cashier (a middle aged woman with curly hair) to help them get the other one out of the locked cabinet as well as some other ones there. The woman suddenly GRABBED the bottle out of my mother’s hand, so quickly she almost got pulled with the bottle. Rolling her eyes, clearly annoyed and impatient, the woman rudely said something along the lines of, “What do you want? Anything else you want to change?” My mother said she had never seen such poor customer service from someone. This is truly sad to hear that my mother and aunt were subject to such behaviour. I do hope the store management team can train their team members better around customer service and proper etiquette when speaking to people. Better yet, improve the hiring process so that those with poor people skills are not allowed to continue in customer service roles without improving themselves first.

Very Bad Experience. Encountered a very rude and unfriendly Store Manager, Veronica. She was abrupt and unhelpful with my questions. No service with a smile at this place. As a customer, you should not be made to feel your presence is an inconvenience. After spending more than $600 you would expect at least some form of courtesy. In addition, her staff had no knowledge of stock location which reflects a lack of Staff training. I will not be shopping at Dan Murphy's again, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Racist , Prejudice & Overpriced. When I Walk In Here I Always Receive Bad Vibes. Security Guard Stares you down, including the Manager & Staff Member Approaches you as Soon as you Walk In, Empty Shop, With Few People. I can understand Paying a Bit More But Not Here, They Are racial profiling, do not shop here. If You want to Be Treated With Respect & Best Prices on The Market , Premix King Punchbowl is the Place to Go, Always Felt Welcomed.
